Information we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your first name, your email address, your company name if you provide one, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time you agreed, the page you subscribed from, and the IP address the request came from. When you submit a quote or contact request we collect your name, organization, email, phone number, the details of your request, and the same consent and request information.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you news and updates about security staffing for hotels and retail in New York City. We use your quote request details to respond to your inquiry and prepare a coverage plan. The consent wording, timestamp, page URL and IP address are kept as a record of your permission.
Marketing emails and how to unsubscribe
We only send marketing emails to people who have confirmed their subscription by clicking the confirmation link we send. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time from our unsubscribe page. One click removes you from the list and you will see a confirmation.
